EVENT & INSTALLATION ASSISTANT

Job Description:

The Party Girl Balloon Babe will be responsible for supporting the Principal Event Stylist in operating a seamlessly run balloon installation to ensure an exceptional experience for all customers. This entails both support in-store, at events, as well as on installation sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and offers exceptional organizational and communication skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating all balloon/creative deliveries, pick ups and installations - including correspondence with clients, communicating staffing needs , acquiring necessary product etc to ensure adequate stock of balloons, balloon accessories and installation accessories.

  • Responsibility of all incoming inquiries and emails.

  • Maintain organization of creative studio | inventory at all times

  • Ensure events, install and delivery calendar is up to date and accurate at all times

  • Source and fetch materials and products for events, photoshoots, sets - including small office errands and returns, as needed

  • Archiving balloon picks ups and installations after completion; sending install email reminders and thank you email after event

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Canva + Photoshop skills are highly considered.

  • Hospitality | administrative experience is a must.

  • Positive and collaborative attitude

  • Ability to excel in a high-paced environment

  • Prior balloon experience preferred, but not required.

Event Coordinator Assistant

Job Description:

The Party Girl Co. Event Coordinator assistant is responsible for supporting the event lead coordinator in ensuring all events and orders are executed perfectly. A stress-free and seamless experience begins with coordinating all logistics and taking special care of our amazing clients! Our ideal candidate has an unparalleled attention to detail, is a self-motivator and thrives in organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside lead event stylist/ coordinator

  • Replying to all client inquiries, emails, phone calls etc.

  • Preparing event production schedule

  • Maintain an organized workflow

  • Create mood boards for clients

  • Responsible for TPG calendar of events

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Canva + Photoshop skills are highly considered.

  • Hospitality | administrative experience is a must.
