Budget

The Party Girl Co. is honored to work with all clients to create something memorable and unique. Everything TPG designs is distinctly crafted custom to each client. Our goal is to materialize your vision and achieve your celebration goals while being respectful of your budget. Giving our design team your budgetary considerations allows us to suggest a variety of options and designs to ensure a seamless and bespoke experience.

Despite our efforts in QC, sometimes we get faulty balloons from our supplier (especially bubble and number balloons) and the problem only becomes apparent 5-8 hours post inflation. If you believe you have received faulty balloons, please contact us within the same day of delivery, providing photo evidence. You will also need to send the balloon back to us for inspection - without this, we are unable to give a refund. 100% refund on the item amount will be given on balloons that are deemed faulty.

Please note that once balloons have been handed to you, it is your responsibility to look after them. Yes they WILL pop if they come in contact with sharp objects in your car or rough surface such as brick wall. We will not provide a refund should your balloons pop while they're in your possession.

We will NOT provide a refund if:

  • Your balloons pop due to coming in contact with rough brick wall or sharp tree branches while you're leaving our premises after picking up your order.

  • Your balloons get blown away by the wind, on the way to your car after picking up your order.

  • Your balloons pop while inside your vehicle due to sharp objects or extreme high temperature in your car e.g. if they're left inside the car in a hot day.

  • You have sent someone to pick up your balloons, and the balloons pop while in their possession for whatever reasons.

  • Your balloons are too big to fit in your car and you're unable to transport them.

  • Your balloons pop for whatever reasons after we drop them off at your premise or a venue, such as your children pop the balloons, your guests' sharp jewellery pops the balloon, balloons being left outside in a hot day, other restaurant patrons pop your balloons while they're left unattended at a venue.

  • Generally when they pop while they're in your possession, please note that that it will not be our responsibility. We have done our duty to guarantee that we deliver non-faulty balloons.

We will provide a refund if:

  • Your balloons pop in our vehicle during transport

  • Your balloons pop outside of your premise before they're handed to you during a delivery. For example if they bump against rough brick wall, tree branches or pavement at your premise.

  • We deliver the wrong balloon colour or text

  • You find your balloons in a deflated state while you're inside our premise to pick up.

Refund

  • Refund will only be given if we made mistakes such as delivering the wrong colour balloons or personalisation text, or accidentally popping your balloons during transport. We are unable to provide a refund for any other reason.

  • We inflate your helium balloons first thing the morning, at least a couple of hours before scheduled pick-up or delivery time. Should there be any faults (e.g. pinhole, etc), we will know before the balloons are handed to you. Once the balloons are in your hands we will not be responsible should they pop for whatever reason.

Float time

  • Only order helium balloons to be delivered on the day of the event. We can only guarantee 10 hour float time, beyond this, helium is very much so affected by temperature. Even though we hi-float all of our balloons which should extend float time up to a few days, this is not a guarantee.

Personalized latex balloon

  • After about 8 hours of float time, the text on your jumbo balloon will start to look wrinkly and this is expected, due to the balloon slowly losing helium over time. In colder temperature, this may happen quicker because helium gas contracts. We hi-float all of our balloons to reduce shrinkage however this is unavoidable.

Gender reveal balloon

  • We cannot use hi float on gender-reveal balloon so you may notice text will appear wrinkly quicker. This is expected and not a fault.

Picking up your balloons

  • Please make sure there isn't anything sharp in the car that may pop your balloon. Always carry your balloons inside the bag while taking it out of the car especially in a windy day as the string may snap. Take the balloons out of the bag as soon as you get to the destination. 

  • During summer period or warmer temperature, it is crucial not to leave your balloons in side the car for an extended period of time as the helium gas will expand and may cause your balloons to pop. The same rule applies about leaving your balloons outside in the open air.

  • When picking up your balloons, please ensure your car opening is big enough to fit the balloons inside. Once the balloons are made, we cannot reduce its size and it is not our responsibility if they don't fit in your car - no refund will be given.

 Balloon delivery

  • In the rare occasion where your balloons pop during transport while still in our hands, we can only offer a refund and not a replacement.

  • Once your balloons have been dropped off to a safe location, we will take a photo as an evidence. Beyond this point, they are no longer our responsibility in case anything happens to them.

  • When no one at the location is present to receive delivery at the scheduled time, we will try to contact you once. If we can't get through to you, your balloons will be left unattended outside the premises and they will no longer be our responsibility.

Pricing

  • Pricing may change at any time due to helium price fluctuation from our supplier. To lock in current price, we would suggest to place an order early.

  • Should there be any pricing error on our website, we are not obliged to honour this.

HeLIUM float time

We will advise you to order your balloons on the day of the event. Should you order your balloons the day before and found they go down earlier than expected, we cannot take any responsibility as different factors can affect helium gas and this is out of our control. We will not recommend ordering your balloons more than 1 day in advance. 

The following list is a rough guide. Please note there may be variations in real life.

  • Standard size latex balloons without hi-float - 1 day

  • Standard size latex balloons with hi-float - 3 days but they will shrink in size overnight

  • Jumbo latex balloon - up to 4 days 

  • Jumbo confetti balloon - between 3-5 days

  • Personalised jumbo latex balloon - 1 day (text will be wrinkly overnight)

  • Personalized foil orb - up to 3 days

  • Personalized foil heart - up to 3 days

  • Personalised foil cube - up to 3 days

  • Personalised bubble balloon - up to 7 days

  • Personalised clear balloon - 1 day (text will be wrinkly overnight)

  • Giant number balloons - between 3-5 days

  • Large character balloons - up to 7 days
